A Wise Investment

We originally upgraded our x-rays from films to digital x-rays using the Dexis system to reduce our cost and to avoid disposing of hazardous chemicals. We found their fees were high and we were unhappy with their customer service. We switched to Carestream Dental, which is more affordable, and they have better customer service. There is training available to to the staff with customer support. I am very happy that there is a bridge between Carestream Dental's RVG sensors and Eaglesoft, as Dexis did not have this capability. We are able to view the patient's images without leaving the patient record. The integration process was very easy - we sent Carestream Dental our old images from Dexis and they linked into our system to install all of the images in Carestream Dental's imaging software and the bridge into Eaglesoft.
